Dr. Joseph Bakambu is an Engineering Manager of the Guidance, Navigation, and Control (GNC) Department at MDA Brampton. He is interested in rovers autonomous navigation and planetary exploration. He co-lead the autonomous GNC design for the Canadian Space Agency's Mars Exploration Science Rover (MESR) and Lunar Exploration Light Rover (LELR). He also has hands-on experience with the deployment of rovers in analog terrains.
